He is survived by: his mother Lois Lorean Nichols (Vest); his son Matt Nichols; his sister Doris "Dee" Nichols; his brother-in-law Donnie Mullis; his niece Destiny Mullis; his nephew Devon Mullis; his uncle Donald Bowman (Terry); his aunts, Sally Vest and Mother Sandra Lea Vest; his sister Janie Kay Leffel (Sean); his cousins, Danny Vest, David Vest, Cynthia Davis-Podgorski, Kathy Osborne and Michael Osborne; his aunts, Goldie Lee Cummings (Vest), Mary Godsey (Vest), Phyllis Ann Vest, Carol Vest, Patty Darlene Patton (Vest) and Karen Davis; and his cousins, Willard Dale Vest and Mary Ann Godsey (Vest).
