She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Boltinghouse and Viola Boltinghouse; the father of her children Maynard 'Andy Andersen; her siblings, Jo-Ann Wicker (Robert), Rosie Horn (Wade), Nancy Hupp (Eddie) and Steve Boltinghouse; and her brother-in-law Ronald Terrell.
She is survived by: her husband Avery Hays; her stepsons, Richard Hays of Marysville and Timothy Brent Hays of Poland Indiana; her sisters, Donetta Willibey (Dave) and Beth Ann Terrell (Bobby); her children, Greg Andersen (Lori), Cheryl Trisler (Greg), Angie Kline (Keith) and Andrea Nickless (Stanley); her grandchildren, Ericka Sylvester (Rick), Lindsey Hein (Glen), Shelby Gil (Cef), Chloe Nickless, Christopher Conley, Travis Trisler (Brittney Blazek) and Cameron Trisler; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Abigail Sylvester, Marshall, Louis, Russell, Sandy Hein, Giovanna, Gunner, Letty Gil, Lily and Roman Conley; and her sister-in-law Paula Boltinghouse. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
