He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Collins and Ralph Collins; his brother Terry; and his in-laws, W. T. and Mary Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Hall; his children, Mark, Jill and Kay; his sons-in-law, Rod and Troy; his granddaughters, Julia and Emma; his sister Susie (Bill) of Lexington, KY; and his sister-in-law Georgianna Temple of Louisville, KY.. He is also survived by 3 nephews.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's United Methodist Church (100 IN-46, Bloomington, IN 47408).
