He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. "Puge" Long and Nadine Lebo (Bales); his wife Patricia Carol Long (Branch); his siblings, Kenny Long and Betty Jo Campbell; and his great grandchild Amos Ray Clark.
He is survived by: his children, James Cornett (Carolyn) of Bloomington, Indiana, Joyce Ann Clark (Ray) of Greene County, Ronda Gale Dobson (Gary) of Bloomfield and Debra Lynn Cornett of Texas; and his siblings, Bob Long (Shirley) and Marilyn Langley (Ron) of Monroe County, Indiana. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
