It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Polly Jean Norris (Bloomington, Indiana), born in Madison, Indiana, who passed away on October 1, 2018, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her mother Linda Jean Novotny of Crown Pointe; and her siblings, James Thomas of Indianapolis and Annie Thomas of Greentown. She is also survived by animals, and spending time with her family and friends.
