He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Jacobs and Bonnie Jacobs (Stevens) of Bloomington; his sister Sara Fox (Greg) of Bloomington; and his nephews, Ryan Jackson (Ashley) of Bloomfield and Chelsie Conder of Bloomington. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and many cousins.
