It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Normand Lee Horn of Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on December 5, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Horn and Myrtle Horn; his brother Leonard Horn (Jean); his parents-in-law, Elmer and Viola Parsons; his brother Paul; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Parsons.
He is survived by: his wife Shelvy Horn; his daughter Leah Ballou; his son-in-law David Ballou; his granddaughters, Mallory and Aubrey Ballou; and his sisters, Carole Hans (Kenny) and Sharon Fisher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (2200 S High St, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family kindly requests that donations in Normand's memory be made to Faith Lutheran Church in Bloomington, Indiana, honoring his lifelong devotion to faith and community.
