Nellie M. Long Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2024, at the age of 92, Nellie M. Long of Bloomington, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nellie M. Long to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Bruce and Arie Bruce (Nilson); and her sons, James Gregory Long and Steven Allen Long. She is survived by: her sons, Gary Long (Lynn) and Brian Long (Debby); her daughter-in-law Diann Long; and her grandchildren, Jessica Posey, Jeremy Long, Max Long, Karin Long, Ellie Long and Nick Long. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Funeral Chapel and Crematory of Powell (3000 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Clear Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Opportunity House.
