She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Abby Wallace (Al) of Owensboro, Kentucky, Sally Asefa of Owensboro, Kentucky, Bill Utley (Karen) of Valparaiso and Mark Utley (Angie) of Cincinnati, Ohio.; her close friend Kathy J. Morris; and her caregiver Sarah Waterson.
