He was predeceased by: his parents, William Floyd and Verna Sexton (Hawkins). He is survived by: his wife Terri Sexton (Terri Martin); his daughter Shelby Sexton; and his brother Michael (Pam). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins and special friends.
A prayer will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard (3000 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401). Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (2222 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401).
In lieu of flowers, Mitch's favorite charities were St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
