He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Edna Rubin (Scoggins); his children, Marla Etling (Gary), Brad Rubin (Gaylene), Karen Bruhn (Mark) and Lee Rubin; his grandchildren, Amy Houseman (Dave), Tina Elsey (Craig), Shari Miller, Erin Littrell, Daniel Bruhn (Katie), Emily Underwood (Josh), Jessica Ide (Zach) and Geavonna Lapmarado; and his parents, Joseph Rubin and Mollie Rubin (Brodsky). He was also cherished by 15 great grand-children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the IU Health Bloomington Hospice House or Beth Shalom Congregation in memory of Max.
