He was predeceased by: his mother Orpha Viola Webb; and his siblings, Mikki Watson, Charles Lawson and Linda Williams. He is survived by: his wife Elsie Marie Webb (Hawkins); his brother Michael Lawson (Diana); and his siblings-in-law, Melvin Williams, Wayne Watson and Connie Lawson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great, and great – great nieces and nephews.
