He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Tolliver and Edith Tolliver (Stines); and his brothers, Dustin Tolliver and Phillip Tolliver. He is survived by: his wife Carol J. Tolliver (Thrasher) of Bloomington, Indiana; his children, Frank Tolliver of Mitchell, Steve Tolliver (Leann) of Solisberry, Indiana and Lori Lawton (Kevin) of Rio Rancho; his stepchildren, Claire Grostefon (Greg) of Kewanna, Indiana and Stephen Kyle Winkler (Amy) of Bloomington, Indiana; his siblings, Douglas Tolliver (Susan) of Bedford, Indiana, Linda Martin of Paoli and Pamela Ritter (Steve) of Norman, Indiana.; and his friend Tony Grillo. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
