He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Clark and Mary Clark (Willoughby); and his brother Gary Clark. He is survived by: his wife Judy Livers; his children, April Bradley (Kelly), Jason Terrell (Mandy) and Dale Clark; his grandson Ricky Terrell; his pets, Waylon and Winnie; and his siblings, Wayne Clark and Karen Smith.
