She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Sparks and Hazel Hurley (Todd); her husband Ronnie "Red" Harper; her son Gary Sherfield; and her brothers, Bob Sparks, Marvin Sparks and Dean Sparks.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Sherfield (Ilene), Terrye Stewart, Ed Sherfield (Gen), Charles "Frank" Sherfield (Judy) and Annett Griffin (Brian); her stepdaughter Sherri Harper; her adoptive son Chris Harper; her siblings, Clifton Sparks and Theresa Boltinghouse; and her grandchildren, Levon Sherfield, Jack Sherfield, Desiree Negeroni, Penny Sinn, Travis Davidson, Matt Sherfield, David Griffin, Tim Griffin, Jennifer Harper, Jason Harper and Colton Harper.
