He is survived by: his wife Linda Fariss (Mullis); his daughters, Katie Fariss (Skylar Delk) of Milwaukee, WI and Jami Royal Berry (Frank) of Covington, GA; his brother William Fariss of Michigan City, IN; his brothers-in-law, James Mullis of Largo, FL and Larry Mullis of Bloomington; his nephews, Brad Mullis of Bloomington, Randy Moonshower (Shelly Carnes) of Indianapolis, Scott Moonshower (Ashley) of Scottsdale, AZ and Jimmy Mullis (Jennifer) of Bloomington; and also Linda.
