He is survived by: his wife Delores Joan Carmichael; his children, Kevin Resler (Kathleen), Tony Resler (Lori), Jerry Carmichael Jr. "LJ" (Peggy) and Trina Carmichael-Alderson; and his brothers, Donald Carmichael and Jim Bob Carmichael.
