He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Jeffrey Allen Lindauer (Angela); his grandchildren, Chelsie Lea and Joshua Allen; his half-siblings, Sam Polen of Petersburg, Patty Polen Ingle and Judy Polen Schnarr; and his stepmother Virginia Polen.
