He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Robert Sparks Sr. and Marcia Edith Sparks (Sills); and his siblings, Edith Eads and Fred R. Sparks Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Sparks of Bloomington; his children, Julie Steinburg (Drew) of Smithville, Jennifer Dyer (Allen) of Ellettsville, Carrie Sparks of Bloomington and Robbie Sparks (Charli) of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Bradi, Melanie, Dillan, Andrew, Madisyn, Whitney, Baylee and Blair; his great grandchildren, Jaxson and Everett; and his siblings, Vivian Hoyme of Maryland, Velda Fisher of Springville and James Sparks of Springville. He is also survived by his family, but by the numerous friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home and Crematory (4155 S Old State Rd 37, Bloomington, IN 47401).
