She is survived by: her sisters, Terry Jane Parks of Bloomington and Becky Clayton (Jerry) of Bloomington; her sons, Tracy Koontz (Judy) of Solsberry and Mike Koontz (Kim) of Owensburg; her grandchildren, Brittany J. Hill (Chris), Justin L. Koontz (Brette), Chrissy Armes (David) and Dakota Koontz; her great grandchildren, Bryce, Brayden, Blake, Brentley, Pennington, Alyssa and Aaliyah; her nephew Jeremy Clayton; and her niece Charity Baker (Kenny).
