He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Booker (Dorothy) and Mary Hamilton (Tom); his siblings, Diana Hallford, Darlene Browning and Don Thompson; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Feathers, Martha Booker and Johnny Flake.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Booker (Flake); his sons, Gary Scott Booker (Stephanie) and Chad Alan Booker (Katy); his grandchildren, Kneessa Harris (Cameron), Kristina Booker, Makayla Booker, Caylynne Booker, Chad Booker Jr., Hezekiah Booker, Zaytrick, Adele, Liam and Jemma; his great grandchildren, Addilyn, Raelyn and Cooper; his siblings, Mickey Booker of Florida, Jon Booker, Tom Booker (Jackie), Jeanne Stalcup (Bob) of Covington and Jon Thompson of Ohio; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Simmons and Isaac Browning. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and great nephews & nieces.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A masonic service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home and Crematory (4155 S Old State Rd 37, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pentecostal Faith Assembly (1301 W 11th St, Bloomington, IN 47404).
