Donna Mae (Morgan) Baxter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Mae (Morgan) Baxter (Bloomington, Indiana), who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milburn Wallace Rice and Ethel Virginia Holt; and her spouse Glen Baxter. She is survived by: her children, Steven R. Fiscus, Sr. (Betty) and Valerie A. Lewis (Tim); her pet Zach; her sister Martha A. Norman (Millard); her son Toby S. Fiscus; her grandson Steven R. Fiscus, Jr.; and her nephews, Lloyd Norman and Barry Norman (Patty). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, her special friend.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Funeral Chapel and Crematory of Powell (3000 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. She attended Bible Study Fellowship until COVID.
