She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Ray Thacker and Pauline Thacker Sayre; her husband Charles E. "Chuck" Lawson Jr.; and her grandparents, Russell and Dorthy Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Axsom (David), David Lawson (Stacy) and Charles E. Lawson III (Cathy); her grandchildren, David Axsom (Tiffany), Christa Wood (Derek), Robert McWhorter (Laci), Alyssa Lawson, Kelsie Lee, Paige Lawson, Gracie Lawson, Wyatt Lawson and Josie Lawson; and her great grandchildren, Stella, Dacey, Dawson, Sawyer, Driven, Landon, Silas, Ryder, Calvin and Boomer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 3000 E. Third St., BLOOMINGTON, IN 47401. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
