He is survived by: his wife June; his daughters, Mindi Reinholt, Kim Cook, Becki Cheek Hensel and Ami Cheek; his sons-in-law, Ryan Reinholt, Barry Cook and Doug Hensel; his grandchildren, Riley, Leah Reinholt, Lillian, Madelyn Cook, Rudy, Juliette, Charlie and Matthew Hensel; his pet Temba; his sisters, Mary Jane "Janie" Cheek and Julie Troutt (Rob); his nieces, Ann, Tracy, Jennifer and Amanda; and his nephew Adam.
