He is survived by: his wife Lori Ann Smitheram; his daughters, Sarah Grace Smitheram, Emily Ruth Smitheram and Elizabeth Ann Wagner; his son-in-law Zachary Robert Wagner; his grandson Rhett Robert Wagner; his sister Leigh Ann Schuette; his nephews, Jordan Michael Schuette, Alexander Caiten Schuette and Jackson Taylor Schuette; and his close friend Ben Miller.
