She was predeceased by: her parents, Mont Johnston and Rita Johnston (Aspacio); and her husband Dr. Jose M. Lardizabal. She is survived by: her children, Jose R. Lardizabal, Rita A. Lardizabal and Patricia Graves (Keith); her granddaughters, Jennifer K. Duckworth and Vanessa R. Lardizabal; her great grandchildren, Estelle Duckworth and Grant Duckworth; and her niece Thelma Martin (John).
The family wishes any memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Holy Name Catholic Church in Bloomfield.
