He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William H. Ketchem and Emily Marie Ketchem (Gee); his wife Vicki Ketchem; his daughter Chrystal Martincic (Kelly); his brothers, Carl Ketchem (Mary) and Tim Ketchem (Tracy); and his brothers-in-law, Bob Brown, Rick Brown (Nancy) and Kevin Brown.

The family wishes any memorial donations in Bill's name be given to the Parkinson Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street, Ste 800, Miami, FL. 33131.
