She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick Eugene Lewis; her parent Robert Dean Murphy; her mother-in-law Hazel Ruth Lewis; and her daughter Kristy Dawn Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Brandi Lewis (David Hudson), William Lewis, Thomas Lewis, Melissa Shake (Adam Shake) and Nancy Lewis; her sister-in-law Veanna Lewis; her grandchildren, Alexandria Kilzer (Ben Shirley), Nicole Kilzer (Mitchell Burch), Reilly Lewis, Rhys Lewis, Reyna Lewis, Brandon Lewis, Ian Lewis-Shake, Evan Shake and Matthew LeClaire; and her great grandchild Benjamin Lewis.
Susie asked that in lieu of gifts and flowers, donations are to be made to the Bloomfield High School Redliners in her name.
