She is survived by: her children, Debra Martindale (Dan) of Bloomfield and Bryan Davis (Sue) of Bloomfield; her sisters, Alice Polley of Bloomfield and Maxine Groomer of Solsberry; her grandchildren, DeAngela Martindale Crutcher, Dalicia Cunningham (Josh), David Burkett (Kelly), Shaun Davis (Christy), Michael Ray, Matthew Burkett (Megan), John Davis, Jonathan Burkett (Christine), Timothy Davis (Tayetim) and Kayla Davis; her great grandchildren, Trey Davis, Cameron Crutcher, Addilyn Crutcher, Ethan Davis, Brianna Cunningham, Parker Davis, Carter Davis, Jonah Davis, Isaiah Davis, Conner Ray, Hanna Cunningham, Kymber Clark, William Burkett and Case Davis; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Cullison (Warren), Sharon Hanna (Steve) and Mary Jones.
