He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Harrison Floyd and Ruby Floyd (Foster); his nieces and nephews, DeAnn Norris (Paul), Jane Floyd (Bob), Jane Overby, Cheryl Vanpelt (Richard), Judith Floyd, Loren Neidigh, Larry Neidigh, Darrell Neidigh, Steve Neidigh (Kyla) and Fred Floyd (Ruth Ann); and his siblings, Verl, Ray, Walter, Lesley Floyd, Alberta Neidigh and Evelyn Floyd.
The family wishes any memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association in Tom's name.
