He is survived by: his wife Helen Arlene Bailey (Whitaker); his children, Stacey Robinette (Matt) of Bloomfield and Stephen Bailey (Lori) of Avon; his sister Lois Bingham of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Bailey Karr (Evan), Taylor Helms (Katie), Ashley Allen and Dustin Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Katelynn Allen, Aubrey Allen, Maddox Karr and Walker Karr.
The family wishes that any memorial donations be made to the Antioch Christian Church in Tom's name.
