With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephanie Michelle Anthony (Bloomfield, Indiana), who passed away on July 14, 2019 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Gage Willoughby. She is survived by: her husband Justin Anthony; her mother Sandy Tibbett (Heck); her sons, Jace Tibbett and Jacob Gadd; and her brother Adam Tibbett.

In lieu of flowers the family wish all donations be made to Jenkins Funeral Home in Bloomfield to help with expenses.
