She is survived by: her husband Wayne Evans; her daughter Erin Hasler (Travis); her grandchildren, Michael Lee Hasler II and Madison Bettie Hasler; and her nieces and nephews, Waylon Souerdike, Kelli Floyd (James), Ryan Souerdike and Josey Souerdike.
