He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bailey and Aldyth Bailey Doering (Andahl); and his granddaughter Lacey Deckard. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Norman; his children, Melodee Deckard (Rick) of Solsberry, Michelle Walters (Dannie) of Springville and William Bailey of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Ty Deckard, Kelley Deckard, Kyla Chambers (Devin), Nathan Miller (Heather), Tanner Bailey (Megan) and Chelsey Groomer (Jarred); his great grandchildren, Daniel Chambers, Byron Chambers, Raelynn Miller and Rylee Miller; and his brother Robert Bailey of Texas.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Sylvania Wesleyan Church.
