He is survived by: his children, Melissa Perkins of Bloomfield and Vance Feutz of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Kristen Feutz, Lacy Hart, Ashleigh Holmes, Niki Ashcraft, Kendyl Feutz, Joelie Feutz and Balin Feutz; and his great grandchildren, Addisyn, Hunter and Hadley.
