With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Purcell (Bloomfield, Indiana), who passed away on March 12, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Purcell and Rebecca Purcell (Ooley); and his daughter Rita Kaye Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Norma Purcell of Bloomfield; and his children, Robert Willard Purcell (Lori) of Bloomfield, Jack Lynn Purcell (Rita) of Bloomfield, Timothy Joseph Purcell (Judy) of Bloomfield and Sheila Darlene Jones (Virgil) of Linton. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Concord General Baptist Church through the funeral home.
