He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Eugene and Nadine Faye Campbell (Tillett); and his wife Leilani Sue Campbell. He is survived by: his son Wyatt Campbell; and his siblings, Jim Campbell, Raymond Campbell, David Campbell, Eileen Bond and Janice Fender.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in Bob's name.
