She is survived by: her children, Dennis White and Sondra Sue Usrey; her grandsons, Ivan L. Usrey (Zephrell) and Logan J. Usrey; and her great grandchildren, Lila Ann Usrey, Ava Lee Usrey and Evelyn Grace Usrey.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Bethany Christian Church.
