She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Arlene Milliman (Stuckey); her husband Gregory R. Kurtz of Bloomfield; her children, Stephanie Fenters (Carl) of Speedway, Stacie Gruca (Shawn) of Clayton and Brian Kurtz (Heather) of Brownsburg; her grandchildren, Cheyenne Fenters, Kaiah Fenters, Trey Gruca, Kody Fenters, Tara Gruca, Kaleb Fenters, Quentin Kurtz and Marion Kurtz; her father John "Jack" H. Milliman; and also Arlene Milliman.

The family wishes any memorial donations be made to the IU Simon Cancer Center in care of the IU Foundation, P.O. Box 7072, Indianapolis, Indiana 46207.
