He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Joseph and Rose Ilene Ramsey (Walters); his sister Linda Kay Jancek; and his grandchild Zachari E. Dukes Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Donita Ramsey (Newell) of Bloomfield; his children, Christopher Michael Ramsey (Sara Ann) of Terre Haute and Shannon Nicole Ramsey (Steven Gossett) of Clinton; his stepchildren, Matthew Garrett and Samantha Garrett; his grandchildren, Whitney Nicole Ramsey, Mikayla Nicole Hudgens and Matthew Stephen Ramsey; his siblings, Bill Ramsey of Shepardsville, Darlene Puller of New Goshen and Karen Sharrer of Shepardsville; and his close friends, Jeff Moore and Quincy May.
