With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mavis L. Long (Bloomfield, Indiana), born in Monroe, Indiana, who passed away on February 15, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Ruby Tribby (McDaniel); her children, Rick Long (Deborah) of Ponte Vedra, Florida, Ron Long (Vickie) of Bloomfield and Rita Holtsclaw (Harold) of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Jarrod Holtsclaw (Jessica), Cindy Walton (Jason), Jessica Long, Carrie Long, Bryan Long (Jenna) and Amanda Parker (William); her great grandchildren, Noah Walton, Boone Holtsclaw, Brynna Walton, Jr., Olivia Long, Griffin Long and Caleb Parker; and her sister Janice Quimby.
The family has requested memorial donations be made to the Bloomfield United Methodist Church at 60 W. Main Street in Bloomfield or the American Heart Association.
