He is survived by: his wife Barbara Joan McGlothlin (Frye); his children, James McGlothlin, Rhonda Hendricks (Jim) and Pam Poe (George); his sister Jerri Achors; his brother-in-law Dave Frye (Peggy); his grandchildren, Jayme Porter (Justin), Charles Hendricks (Cassi), Brant McGlothlin (Alexis Walters), Bryce McGlothlin and Nick Poe; and his great grandchildren, Shaylin, Madison, Zylah, Ayden, Caden and Aspen.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Booker Family Cemetery in care of Jenkins Funeral Home.
