He is survived by: his sister Claudine Rose of Linton; and his nieces and nephews, Joe Hash (Linda) of Linton, Russell Hash of Owensburg, Susan Schroyer (Wes) of Bloomfield, Marsha Mundy of Springville and Lisa Rose (Karen) of Hampton, Virginia..

The family requests donations be given to the Walnut Grove Cemetery in lieu of flowers.
