We are sad to announce that on June 25, 2023, at the age of 89, Lola M. Mowery of Bloomfield, Indiana, born in Scotland, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McElroy and Laura McElroy (Lester); her granddaughter Amber Brooke Chesnut; her son-in-law Mark Bohn (Max Mowery); and her siblings, Bertha Mitchell, Herb McElroy, Ethel Toon, Mary Ann Floyd, Harold McElroy and Lula Allen.
She is survived by: her children, David Chesnut (Tracy), Marilyn Roberts (Steve), Carolyn Spencer (D. J.), John Chesnut, Teresa Chesnut and Brian Chesnut (Darla); her grandchildren, Jason Chesnut, Anthony Vest (Crystal), Keygan Spencer (Kristen), Stephanie Tarr (Francis Bautista), Kimberly Roberts, Deanna Potts (Jeremy) and D'lee (Derek); her great grandchildren, Bailee, Micah, Quinn, Georgia, Adam, Trevor, Kelsey, Gavin, Rylynne, Rhaylee, Dalton and Delaney; and her brother-in-law John Allen.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Family Life Center or First Presbyterian Church, Bloomfield, Indiana.
