With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lois Irene Vandeventer (Bloomfield, Indiana), born in Bloomington, Indiana, who passed away on September 28, 2019 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elza Albert and Flossie Ora Polley (Petro); her children, Belinda Ann Quillen, Martha Louise Utterback and Elzie Ray Quillen; and her siblings, Grover, John Crouch, Don Chandler, Woodrow Robbins, Jesse L. Polley, Janet Polley and Evelyn Petro.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Fay Quillen, Richard Quillen, Velma Pauline Newsom, Ruth Ilene Roberts, Judith Rose McDougalle, Fred Quillen, Randy Lee Quillen, Harold Wayne Quillen and Greg Lee Quillen; and her stepsons, Charlie L. Vandeventer and Cornelius L. Vandeventer. She is also survived by Thirty-nine grandchildren, thirty –two great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren.
