She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Haywood and Louise Haywood; and her brother Derald. She is survived by: her brother Maurice (Andrea) of Dallas, Texas; her sister-in-law Virginia of Parkersburg; her nephew Kevin; and her nieces, Liana, Sara and Abby.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Bloomfield United Methodist Church.
