He was predeceased by: his grandfather Bill Catt; and his great-grandparent Dixie Shuffitt. He is survived by: his parents, Johnathon Wayne Neal of Bloomfield and Stephanie Ann Catt of Vincennes; his brothers, Johnathon Robert Neal, Joshua Hunter Scott Neal and Lawrence Lifford; his grandparents, John, Lisa Neal of Bloomfield, Shirley and Raymond Worland of Lyons; and his aunts and uncles, Jamie Neal, Evan Kerr, Joseph, Faye Catt, Renee and Steve Schpmeyer.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
