He is survived by: his wife Joann Burch; his sons, Stanley Wayne Jacob, David Lee Jacob, Richard Dale Jacob, Jack Matthew Jacob, Steven Alfred Jacob and Thomas Elmer Jacob; his grandchildren, Frank Adams, Julie Jacob, Kaci Jacob, Sam Jacob Anndrea Jacob (Ivan), Samantha Cummings (Jeff), Cami Jacob (Dylan), Jered Jacob (Lindsey), Kayla Fields, Savannah Jacob and Isaac Jacob; his great grandchildren, Jessah Stone (Jordan), Loghan Sowders, Kanyan Rowland, Jedd Cummings, Cylaine Cummings, Clayton Cummings, Wyla Mae Suthard, Aria Jacob and Nora Jacob; and his great great grandchildren, Ivan Haywood, Solace Jordan and Jackson Stone.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Tunnel Hill Pentecostal Church.
