He is survived by: his wife Charlene Fields; his children, Melanie Adkins (Mitchell), Jonda Williamson (Randall), Robert Manthe (Jane), Terri Tscheulin, Annette Smith (Robb) and Bethany Cloutier (Kurt); and his sister Nancy Mullins.

The family wishes any memorial donations be made to the Greene County Humane Society in Johnny's name.
