He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Wiley and Ethel Wiley (McGlocklin); his son Joshua Wiley; his stepbrother Junior Wiley; his sister Sondra Blakely; and his nephew Walter Bedford Blakely, Jr. (Welch).
He is survived by: his girlfriend Darla Mitchell of Bloomfield; his sons, Chuck Wiley (Amber), Johnny Wiley, Steven Wiley (Nancy), Jeremy Wiley and Justin Wiley; his stepsons, Joshua Tinsley, Dustin Tinsley, Brandon Tinsley (Crystal), Eric Tinsley (Amanda) and Ben Tinsley (Chaunte); his brother-in-law Walter Bedford Blakely, Sr.; and his niece Teresa Blakely-Sullivan (Bruce). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
